Terms & Conditions
We require your credit card details for any treatment bookings over the value of $100. Cancellations are to be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellation made within 24 hours, will incur a 50% fee of the total scheduled appointment value. If you fail to attend your booked appointment, a full charge of your treatment will be incurred.
To avoid being charged a cancellation fee, we request that you provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointment.
Please select your treatments and products carefully, as we do not exchange or provide refunds on treatments received or products purchased.
Time and duration of appointments
We make every endeavour to keep treatments to their allocated time; however we advise that timing and order of treatments for packages in particular are approximate.
To redeem your gift voucher, please present upon arrival to your treatment. Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced.
Gift voucher bookings must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time; otherwise vouchers will be automatically redeemed through our computer booking system, and cannot be res-used.
Please note that only one voucher can be used per booking.
Gift vouchers are non-transferrable and non-refundable and cannot be redeemed against products, specials or for cash.
Immerse Loyalty Program
Immerse Loyalty Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Memberships are non-transferrable and may only be used by the owner of the card.
The Facial experience can only be redeemed Monday to Friday.
Your Membership card must be produced on each visit for the discount to apply. If no card is shown your discount cannot be honoured on that visit.
Discounts cannot be redeemed on specials or offers of any treatments, or retail offers.
